How to install an Xbox One Elite Wireless Controller in your Xbox One X and XS Max
You don’t have to worry about your console crashing while playing Call of Duty anymore.
The Xbox One Wireless Controller can now be plugged in, and it works just like it did in 2015, if not better.
This is thanks to the Xbox One’s new Elite Wireless Charging technology.
The new wireless charging technology lets you charge your Xbox consoles without requiring a bulky USB port or a cable.
To do so, just plug the Xbox Wireless Charger into a USB port on your PC, Mac, or iOS device.
That way, you’ll be able to use your controller without having to open your console.
The USB port will power the controller for 10 hours and charge it for an additional 2 hours.
After that, the controller will automatically shut down and the controller’s batteries will deplete.
With this new wireless charger, you can plug your Xbox Wireless Controller into your PC without having any cables on hand.
With a charge time of up to 2 hours, you should be able, in theory, charge your controller in a matter of hours.
If you do need to charge the controller with a USB cable, there’s no need to worry.
Microsoft says the wireless charger can charge up to 6 Xbox Wireless controllers simultaneously.
The controller will detect the Xbox wireless charging, and the charging LED will turn red.
If your console has Bluetooth support, the charging lights will also turn red, and when they’re not red, the wireless charging will work.
In theory, you shouldn’t need to have Bluetooth on your Xbox, because it will automatically connect and charge your console after it detects the wireless controller, which is how it will recognize the controller.
You’ll also be able use the controller to use other apps that support Bluetooth, such as Skype, or if you’ve got an Xbox Wireless controller that you’ve bought.
The controllers are also compatible with the Xbox Live community, so you can play games that are available on the Xbox store, such the Halo: Reach Collection, or Gears of War 4, which are also available on Xbox.
